Ticket Tracker

Ticket Tracker is an automated ticket tracking system that can identify, track and report on ALL unused E-tickets. Ticket Tracker enables the delivery of a message to a traveler with a nonrefundable e-ticket, notifying them of the "use or lose" status of the ticket prior to travel. The iBank user can schedule the alert message to be delivered to three e-mail addresses and within a defined time parameter. This alert can be sent three separate times to the same e-mail addresses to ensure maximum accountability. Ticket Tracker reports on potential credits available, status of unused coupons AND the status of notification and alert delivery.
