Our Technology allows us to provide the information you need, when you need it, and in the format you prefer. Our standardized reporting system is the result of many client focus groups. The system was created to meet the needs of our clients and continues to be developed and refined as necessary. Information gathered through these reports is often helpful in negotiating added value or better rates.

Reports are generated from on-line data, which we retain for two years; previous data can be retrieved from storage. The information can be sorted by any field such as name, address, job code, cost center, etc. We have a wide variety of report styles to choose from and can also customize reporting to fit your individual needs. Custom reports can be requested as needed or provided on a scheduled basis. USTravel Corporate Travel also has reporting systems in place that allows the client to access reports via the web.

• Reason Code Analysis Reports – Offer explanations for specific activities, such as why a lower fare may have been declined by the traveler. The reports offer a variety of analysis, including summarizing the percentage of tickets issued at the lowest possible fare and tracking purchasing or policy effectiveness.
  
  
• Lost Opportunity Reporting – Helps to monitor adherence to policies by listing travelers who decline the lowest available fare. Reports also include the reason for using the higher fare.
  
  
• Market Pair Analysis – Analyzes expenditures by “City Pair” (frequent roundtrip travel between two specific cities) Data can be separated by airline carrier and can include overall airline costs, cost per mile and average fare paid.
