24 hr Emergency Assistance

USTravel offers a 24-hour, seven-day a week, after-hour emergency reservation service to its customers, referred to as "Agent24". USTravel will follow the procedures outlined in your corporate profiles when authorizing travel through this service. Agent24 can be accessed via a toll-free number or collect call from anywhere in the United States, Canada and over seventy other countries. The applicable number to call will be printed on travelers' itineraries. Emergency reservations made through USTravel's Agent24 service are included in your management reports.

The Agent24 service is in addition to a cell phone carried by a Seattle travel agent, and our Dutch Harbor and Prudhoe Bay locations are open seven days a week to assist travelers.
