Terms & Conditions

Travel Rewards are nonrefundable and may not be redeemed for cash.

Awards may be used for any cruise or vacation package, airline ticket or hotel package purchased through an endorsed USTravel travel provider.

Each Award is valid for one (1) year from the issue date.

Awards may be replaced if lost or stolen for an administrative fee of $25, provided the original has not already been redeemed.

Awards are redeemable through USTravel only.

Vouchers must be used in their entirety upon redemption. There are no refunds or credits for unused portions.

Any additional costs are the responsibility of the recipient, not USTravel.

Redemption Instructions

The original Travel Rewards voucher must be presented to USTravel at the time of booking.

For best pricing and availability, pleas book your travel as far in advance as possible.

To provide you maximum flexibility, USTravel allows purchase of travel greater than the value of your Reward.

Travel Awards may be used toward payment of applicable service fees.

Please advise your vacation specialist that you have a Travel Rewards certificate.
