USTravel has been dedicated to professional business travel management since 1978. USTravel has ten full-service locations throughout Alaska, as well as locations in Seattle and Spokane, Washington, Des Moines, Iowa and Lewiston Idaho. Our management philosophy is to serve as travel consultants to our clients, as opposed to simply taking reservations and issuing tickets. As a partner, we continually search for ways to improve efficiencies, which ultimately equates to cost savings for our clients.

USTravel stresses teamwork in everything we do. Our philosophy includes active participation from travel agents and management alike. Agents average more than 14 years of industry experience, and unlike the industry trend, our “turnover” rate is low. Managers average over ten years of industry experience, which is a reflection of our dedication to professionalism, excellent work environment and values of equality among all levels of staff.

In addition to providing personable, experienced travel staff, USTravel provides experienced account management and numerous reporting options. Management reports include card reconciliation, comprehensive iBank reports for airfares, city pairs, car rental cities, hotel booking summaries and potentially unused E-ticket reports, to name a few.

Our affiliation with BCD Travel, a three billion-dollar travel management company with offices worldwide, affords our clients the technological advancements and all of the resources associated with a large, global organization.
